摘要
研制了采用覆有非掺杂金刚石绝缘层的硼掺杂金属金刚石电极的金刚石压砧腔,用于高压下的电输运测量。这些设计金刚石通过结合微波等离子体辅助化学气相沉积与电子束光刻的纳米加工工艺在底部金刚石压砧上生长。通过将样品与垫圈直接置于底部金刚石压砧上,成功演示了高压下高质量 FeSe 超导单晶的电阻测量。FeSe 单晶的超导转变温度通过施加类单轴压力提升至 43 K。
