硫化亚锡中压力诱导的超导性

摘要

采用熔融缓冷法成功合成了硫化亚锡(SnS)单晶。所得样品通过X射线衍射、能量色散谱和X射线光电子能谱进行了表征。利用带有掺硼金属金刚石电极和未掺硼金刚石绝缘层的金刚石压砧池,在高压下研究了SnS的电输运性质。我们成功观察到如理论计算所预测的,在12.5 GPa下发生绝缘体到金属的转变,并在47.8 GPa下、5.8 K时出现压力诱导的超导性。
