摘要
使用带有近静水压氦压力介质的金刚石对顶砧，我们显著扩展了所有过渡金属中最轻的Sc的超导相图Tc(P)。我们发现，在压力下Sc被诱导出超导电性，Tc在74.2 GPa时单调增加到8.2 K。我们在简单的s-d电荷转移框架内比较并讨论了三价d电子金属Sc、Y、La和Lu的Tc(P)依赖性。
