摘要

我们探讨了扫描隧道显微镜(STM)对纳米尺度系统(例如二能级系统)测量中的类 Fano 干涉效应。这些系统的共同特征是,二阶隧穿贡献引起了干涉效应,导致系统在特定能量下的透射受到抑制。这种受抑制的透射既可以在微分电导中测量,也可以在其偏压电压导数中测量。
