DESI DR1 Lyα 林谷: 3D 全形态分析与宇宙学约束

我们对 Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) 第一个数据发布 (DR1) 测量的 Lyman-α (Lyα) forest correlation functions 的 full shapes 进行分析。我们的分析 focus 于 measuring Alcock-Paczynski (AP) effect 和在 8h1Mpc8 h^{-1}\mathrm{Mpc} 球中 matter fluctuations 的 cosmic growth rate 乘以振幅 fσ8f\sigma_8。我们通过 two different sets of mocks、一系列 data splits 以及 large set of analysis variations(首次以 blinded 方式进行)来 validate our measurements。我们的分析约束了 ratio DM/DH(zeff)=4.525±0.071D_M/D_H(z_\mathrm{eff})=4.525\pm0.071,其中 DH=c/H(z)D_H=c/H(z) 为 Hubble distance,DMD_M 为横向 comoving distance,effective redshift 为 zeff=2.33z_\mathrm{eff}=2.33。这一值比来自同一数据集的 Baryon Acoustic Oscillation (BAO) 约束 tight了 2.42.4 倍。当将与 DESI DR2 的 Lyα BAO 约束合并时,我们获得 ratios DH(zeff)/rd=8.646±0.077D_H(z_\mathrm{eff})/r_d=8.646\pm0.077DM(zeff)/rd=38.90±0.38D_M(z_\mathrm{eff})/r_d=38.90\pm0.38,其中 rdr_d 为 drag epoch 时的 sound horizon。我们也测量 fσ8(zeff)=0.370.065+0.055(stat)±0.033(sys)f\sigma_8(z_\mathrm{eff}) = 0.37^{+0.055}_{-0.065} (\mathrm{stat}) \pm 0.033 (\mathrm{sys}),但由于 mocks 验证困难,我们不将其用于宇宙学推断。在 Λ\LambdaCDM 框架下,我们的测量值与 cosmic microwave background (CMB) 和 galaxy clustering 约束一致。使用 nucleosynthesis prior 但不包含 CMB anisotropy information,我们测得 Hubble 常数为 H0=68.3±1.6  kms1Mpc1H_0 = 68.3\pm 1.6\; \mathrm{km\,s^{-1}\,Mpc^{-1}}。最后,我们表明 Lyα forest AP 测量有助于 improve 对 dark energy equation of state 的约束,预计将在即将到来的 DESI 分析中发挥重要作用。
