双通道无前缀码存在性的判定过程

摘要
Kraft 不等式给出了单通道无前缀码存在的充要条件。然而,多通道 Kraft 不等式一般而言并不蕴含多通道无前缀码的存在。自然要问是否存在一种高效的判定过程来判断多通道无前缀码的存在性。在本文中,我们通过将该问题关联到带约束的矩形装箱问题来处理上述问题的双通道情形。尽管一般矩形装箱问题是 NP 完全的,但额外施加的约束使我们能够提出一种可高效求解该问题的算法。
