PandaX-4T 实验的暗物质直接探测灵敏度

摘要

PandaX-4T 实验是一个四吨级暗物质直接探测实验,计划在中国锦屏地下实验室进行。在本文中,我们对该实验的预期本底进行了模拟研究。在 2.8 吨靶质量以及 1 至 10 keV 电子等效能量的信号区内,发现总电子反冲本底为 4.9x10^{-5} /(kg day keV)。同一区域内的核反冲本底为 2.8x10^{-7}/(kg day keV)。在 5.6 ton-years 的曝光量下,PandaX-4T 的灵敏度在暗物质质量为 40 GeV/c^{2} 时,可达到 6x10^{-48} cm^{2} 的最小自旋无关暗物质-核子散射截面。
