PandaX-4T实验的低放射性材料筛选与本底控制

摘要
PandaX-4T是在中国锦屏地下实验室采用双相TPC技术吨量级暗物质直接探测实验。针对PandaX-4T的材料筛选,已开发并应用了多种超低本底技术,包括HPGe伽马能谱、ICP-MS、NAA、氡析出测量系统、氪测量站和α探测系统。选用低本底材料组装探测器。研究了表面处理工艺以进一步抑制放射性本底。结合测量结果和蒙特卡洛模拟,估计PandaX-4T在1-25 keV能量区间的总材料本底率为电子反冲(9.9 1.9) mDRU,核反冲(2.8 0.6) mDRU。此外,探测器中Kr估计为<8 ppt。
