CDEX-50 暗物质实验的 WIMP 预期灵敏度

摘要
CDEX-50 是中国暗物质实验(CDEX)的下一代项目,旨在使用 50 kg 锗探测器阵列搜寻暗物质。本文对 CDEX-50 暗物质实验进行了全面总结,包括对潜在本底源的调查和本底模型的开发。基于基线模型,还给出了弱相互作用大质量粒子(WIMP)的预期灵敏度。在设定为 2--2.5 keVee 的感兴趣能区内的预期本底水平为 0.01 counts keVee kg day。在 90% 置信水平下,若曝光目标为 150 kgyear 且分析阈值为 160 eVee,对于质量为 5 GeV/c 的 WIMP,其自旋无关 WIMP-核子耦合的预期灵敏度估计可达到 5.1 10 cm 的截面。这一科学目标将对应于质量在 2.2--8 GeV/c 范围内 WIMP 的最灵敏结果。
