无序高-$T_c$ 铜氧化物超导体中临界温度和超流密度的抑制

摘要
我们认为,在短相干长度的高- 铜氧化物中,无序 -波超导体 的标准 Abrikosov-Gorkov (AG) 型理论失效。在 Bogoliubov-de Gennes 形式下的数值计算表明,对此类系统的正确描述必须允许序参量的空间变化,序参量在杂质附近被强烈抑制,但在其他地方基本不受影响。相对于伴随的超流密度降低所测量的 抑制,被发现明显弱于 AG 理论的预测,与实验吻合良好。
