模型乳液在液滴尺度的对流换热

摘要

我们数值研究限定于两平行恒温热壁间的二维模型乳液之瑞利-贝纳尔(RB)对流。所研究系统为异质,有限尺寸液滴分散于连续相中。选取液滴浓度以探究牛顿(低液滴浓度)与非牛顿(高液滴浓度)乳液的的对流换热,后者呈现剪切变稀流变,在低剪切率下黏度显著增大。众所周知,均匀牛顿系统向对流的转变伴随定常流与与时间无关热通量之起始;截然相反,乳液异质性带来了额外且此前未探索的现象学。事实上,当液滴浓度增大时,我们观察到传热过程由非定常流中介,伴有明显热通量涨落,服从非高斯统计。所述发现归因于远距离液滴间空间关联的出现,我们通过液滴位移直接测量与相关函数表征予以揭示。
