摘要
我们报道了一项关于双层量子阱范德瓦耳斯异质结构中激子的实验研究，该异质结构由原子级薄层的 \Mo* 和六方氮化硼（hBN）制成。中性和带电激子的发射由栅压、温度以及光学激发的螺旋性和功率控制。
