摘要
在石墨烯模板上形成了嵌入氧化层中的自组织铝纳米团簇的大型组装体，并用于构建隧道结器件。出乎意料的是，在包含数百万个金属岛的历史最大结面积中，观察到了具有明确库仑振荡的单电子输运行为。此类混合材料为单电子电子学提供了新的前景。
