石墨烯纳米带中电子的静电约束

摘要
在具有顶栅的石墨烯纳米带器件中观察到了库仑阻塞。当通过背栅和局部顶栅形成两个pn结时，电子被约束在作为势垒的pn结之间。当栅极电压未诱导出pn结时，由于强无序，电子仍被约束，但处于更大的区域中。对另外五个具有不同尺寸的器件的测量得出了一致的结果。
