最小二次非剩余及相关问题的条件界

摘要

本文在广义黎曼猜想成立的条件下,研究了数论中几个有趣量的显式和理论界。具体而言,我们改进了关于最小二次非剩余和算术 progression 中最小素数的现有显式界。我们还 refined 了 Littlewood 关于LL-函数在s=1s=1处的经典条件界。特别是,我们推导了L(1,χ)L(1,\chi)ζ(1+it)\zeta(1+it)的显式上下界,并推导出虚二次域类数的显式界。最后,我们改进了最小二次非剩余以及更一般地最小kk次幂非剩余的最佳已知理论界。
