E.R. Loubenets 在 Phys. Rev. A 69, 042102 (2004) 中声称可分态可违背经典概率约束，其依据是对“经典性”的误导性定义，该定义比贝尔的定域隐变量概念狭隘得多。在贝尔型设定中，Loubenets 所用的经典性概念对应于两侧测量同一可观测量时完全关联的假设。尽管显然大多数可分态不满足此假设，但这并不构成通常意义上的“非经典”行为。
