摘要
在本篇评论中，我们指出与 Reisner 等人 [Phys. Rev. Lett. 99, 058302 (2007)] 最近的发现相反，排除体积效应在决定低离子强度下纳米通道中 DNA 行为方面并不起重要作用。我们认为，利用 Odijk 提出的熵耗尽理论，无需引入有效聚合物宽度的概念即可很好地描述 DNA 伸展数据。
