Cotesta等人（2022）重新分析了GW150914的振铃，反对存在泛音，并暗示Isi等人（2019）中对其探测的主张是由噪声驱动的。在此我们指出该分析中的若干技术错误，包括一个软件bug，并表明被强调为有问题特征实际上在模拟数据中是预期出现且遇到的。修复后，Cotesta等人（2022）中使用的代码产生了与泛音存在相一致的结果。所有代码与数据可在 https://github.com/maxisi/gw150914_rd_comment 获取。
