杂化有机-无机体系中电荷转移的集体效应

摘要
通过研究一种场效应晶体管中的电流噪声，发现了一种集体电子转移(ET)过程。该晶体管的栅极对光敏感，由通过有机分子连接到其表面的纳米晶体构成。通过有机连接体的电子转移涨落反映在晶体管电导率的涨落中。电流噪声具有雪崩特征。从噪声功率谱、雪崩分布以及平均雪崩大小对雪崩持续时间的依赖性中获得的临界指数相互一致。为此现象提出了一个合理的模型。
