锂插层石墨烯中扩展平带与Kekulé序的共存

摘要
将石墨烯掺杂至近1/4填充以使扩展平带和范霍夫奇点移至E之下一直是备受期待的目标。本文报道了在锂插层石墨烯中实验观测到E之下的扩展平带。能带色散中显著的扭折清晰地表明了强电子-声子相互作用。此外,锂插层过程中能带结构的演化显示,扩展平带与Kekulé序同时出现。我们的工作为研究平带相关不稳定性及其与Kekulé序的相互作用提供了机会。
