摘要

对从Medline数据库（在Web of Knowledge中）检索到的文献进行引文分析以前只能逐例进行。本文开发了一种使用Web of Knowledge中的医学主题词表（MeSH）和Web of Science中的科学引文索引进行批量引文分析的技术。该免费程序应用于“Brugada综合征”这一特定疾病和研究领域（自1992年以来）。例如，包含这些出版物的期刊被归入Web of Science类别中除了“心脏和心血管系统”之外的类别，可能是因为该综合征在临床中可以进行基因检测。使用该程序，现在可以基于MeSH术语使用所有可用于引文分析的工具。还回顾了Medline、WoS和Scopus之间交叉的其他选项。
