摘要
当前的生物医学文献搜索模式在有效查找与专家相关信息方面受到严重限制。解决该问题的一个潜在途径是探索式搜索，它允许用户交互式地浏览庞大文档集合。作为面向生物医学专家探索式搜索的第一步，本文提出一种评估文档聚类质量的方法论。为此，我们利用 MeSH 词表作为语义锚，将人类专业知识融入数据集创建与评估框架。此外，我们研究了全文数据对提升聚类质量的益处。
