一种面向生命科学中需求驱动型Web服务发现的语义方法

摘要
生命科学研究依赖于对大规模、分布式和异构数据源及Web服务的集成。由于存在大量可能的候选资源，且用于决策的元数据稀少且大多是非结构化的，因此发现哪些资源最适合解决给定任务是一个复杂的研究问题。我们提出了一种基于语义技术的半自动方法，以帮助研究人员发现最合适的Web服务来满足一组给定的需求。
