我们考虑域或 Dedekind 整环上光滑簇的任意上同调理论的“同伦 coniveau 塔”。该塔是 Bloch-Lichtenbaum 与 Friedlander-Suslin 在研究从动机上同调到 K-理论的谱序列时所使用构造的推广。我们的主要结果是，经典 Chow 引动引理的一些应用及某些范畴构造使得同伦 coniveau 塔在基为域时严格函子化，而在基为 Dedekind 整环时在同伦范畴中函子化。
