ChatGPT作为翻译引擎：日英翻译案例研究

本研究探讨将ChatGPT用于日英翻译，考察简单提示词与增强提示词的效果，并与商业化翻译引擎进行比较。我们进行了自动评估及基于MQM的人工评估，发现文档级翻译在ChatGPT中优于句子级翻译。另一方面，我们无法确定增强提示词是否优于简单提示词。我们还发现ChatGPT-3.5在自动评估中受到偏好，但在准确性（ChatGPT-3.5）与流畅性（ChatGPT-4）之间存在权衡。最后，ChatGPT的译出结果与两款知名翻译系统相当竞争。
