摘要
本文发展了存在基面层错（BSF）时半导体中电荷输运的理论。结果表明，基面层错的存在导致载流子输运的各向异性。该理论被应用于包含大量 BSF 的非极性 GaN 薄膜中的载流子输运，并将结果与实验数据进行了比较。
