CeMnNi4: 一种高程度传输自旋极化的软磁铁磁体

本文介绍一种新型软磁铁磁化合物，即CeMnNi4，其表现出较大的矩(~4.95mu_B/Mn)和高程度的自旋极化。该系统具有148K的铁磁相变温度。在5K下的等温磁化测量显示，该材料是一种软磁体，磁化在约500Oe处饱和，磁 coercivity为<5Oe。我们通过点接触Andreev反射测定该材料的传输自旋极化为66%，因此该材料在自旋电子学应用中具有潜在重要性。
