基于我们先前提出的理论模型 [H. Zhou 等,Phys. Rev. Lett. 82, 4560 (1999)],研究拉伸和负超螺旋 DNA 双螺旋的折叠角分布. 结果表明,拉伸可使负超螺旋 DNA 双螺旋从右手 B 形态转变至类似 DNA Z 形态的左手构型. 计算了这种可能的能态转变,并对比讨论了与最近实验观察的定性一致性.
