薄超导多层膜临界温度的计算与测量

摘要
我们将Usadel方程应用于薄膜多层超导体，并计算了一般薄膜S-S'双层膜的临界温度。我们将双层膜计算推广到一般薄膜多层膜。该模型与由不同厚度的Ti-Al双层膜获得的实验数据吻合极佳。
