多层光子晶体中的相干热导

摘要
我们利用S矩阵方法精确计算了一维多层光子晶体（PC）中的相干热导。特别地，我们通过辐射热流的精确表达式研究了Si/真空或AlO/真空双层板结构中的热导。我们将我们的结果与先前工作中获得的结果进行了比较。我们的结果表明，表面模式的耦合以及材料损耗在定义PC的热导中起着基础性作用。
