摘要
本注记给出了特征多项式与极小多项式系数大小的绝对值界,该界依赖于关联矩阵系数的大小。此外,我们给出了计算这些系数更精确的依赖输入的界的算法。此类界可用于例如对整数矩阵的特征多项式或极小多项式执行确定性的中国剩余定理运算。
