同聚物自由码大小的上界与下界

摘要
对任意给定大小为的字母表，同聚物自由码（HF码）是指长度为、大小为、最小汉明距离为的码，其中所有码字均为同聚物自由序列。对任意给定字母表，本文利用球填充界与Gilbert-Varshamov界给出了任意HF码最大大小的上界与下界。进一步，计算了多种HF码族最大大小的上界与下界。此外，作为特例，给出了同聚物自由DNA码最大大小的上界与下界。
