摘要
我们以由两层平行介电杆组成的周期性光子结构为例，研究了结构无序对从连续谱束缚态（BICs）到准 BICs 转变的影响。我们揭示了对称保护和偶然 BICs 对各种类型结构无序的鲁棒性特性。我们分析了由结构无序引起的空间模式局域化如何导致系统有效长度的减少并限制准 BICs 的 Q 因子。我们的结果对于 BICs 的实际应用至关重要，特别是在结构和自组装光子结构中，结构无序在其中起着至关重要的作用。
