我们在被单位圆盘覆盖的有限开黎曼曲面上表述伯格曼型插值问题。我们的插值问题版本推广了Seip、Berntsson、Ortega Cerdà以及若干其他作者先前研究的伯格曼型插值问题。然后我们证明了插值的必要和充分条件，以及在更弱假设下的一些充分条件。这些结果扩展了Ortega Cerdà的工作，他解决了曲面边界为纯维的情形。我们的插值问题版本有效地改变了穿孔附近底层空间的几何结构，从而以关键方式与本两篇系列中的前一篇文章相联系。
