ALICE辐照硅漂移探测器的束流测试结果

摘要
硅漂移探测器将装备于LHC上ALICE实验ITS中六层高精度位置灵敏探测器中的两层。本文报告了用1 GeV电子辐照的SDD的束流测试结果。该测试旨在验证器件在相当于ALICE运行10年预期粒子通量两倍的电子通量下的辐射耐受性。
