在线软件工程社区中社会包容的障碍——Gitter 项目中攻击性语言使用研究

摘要
社会包容是繁荣社会的基本特征。本文首先通过识别一组 11 个属性并将其组织为分类法，探究在线软件工程(SE)社区中社会包容的障碍。其次，通过应用该分类法并分析 189 个 Gitter 项目(含逾 300 万条评论)中成员所发表评论使用的语言，给出社会排斥问题的证据。为此，其采用基于关键词的搜索方法。第三，提出一个改善 SE 社区社会包容的框架。
