瞬态和非均匀成核转变条件下的Avrami指数

摘要
Kolmogorov-Johnson-Mehl-Avrami模型在特定假设下对等温转变动力学具有普适性。然而，实验测得的Avrami指数偏离了普适值。在此背景下，我们研究了瞬态非均匀成核对块体材料以及导致纳米结构材料的转变中Avrami指数的影响。所有转变均假设为同素异形转变。为此，我们对KJMA模型的离散版本进行了修改。报告了不同条件下转变的标度关系。
