摘要
本文提出了一种使用非平衡光学晶格来模拟成核与生长动力学的量子模拟器。我们计算了晶格中中性原子的密度，并建立了其与 Kolmogorov-Mehl-Johnson-Avrami 模型的联系。在此我们表明，Avrami 方程可以描述晶格中布居增长随时间的大部分演化过程，中性原子之间的相干性导致了复杂的增长率。
