摘要
不可逆电穿孔(IRE)是一种适用于治疗胰腺不可切除肿瘤的软组织消融技术。该过程通过使用针电极向含病灶的组织施加高压电场,使癌细胞发生不可逆损伤并易于凋亡。治疗效果在很大程度上取决于针放置的准确性,且要求操作者具备较高技能。本文中,我们描述了一种增强现实(AR)系统,旨在克服与规划及引导针插入过程相关的挑战。我们基于HoloLens(Microsoft,USA)平台的解决方案可跟踪头显、针电极和超声(US)探头在空间中的位置。该系统的概念验证实现利用这些跟踪数据在HoloLens上渲染实时全息引导,使用户了解针插入的当前进度并指示目标针轨迹。操作者的视场通过全息平面上渲染的视觉引导和实时US画面得到增强,无需查看外部显示器。基于这些早期原型,我们旨在开发一种系统,在降低IRE所需技能水平的同时提高针插入的整体准确性,从而增加治疗成功的可能性。
