薄膜几何纳米磁体中磁化的尝试频率

摘要
通过数值求解随机Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert方程，我们研究了势能景观对具有薄膜几何形状的纳米磁体中磁化尝试频率的影响。将尝试频率的数值估计与来自Neel-Brown模型的Fokker-Planck方程的理论预测进行了比较分析。结果发现，对于具有薄膜几何形状的纳米磁体，普遍情况下的理论预测值与数值估计值非常吻合。
