摘要
研究表明,玻璃中非关联原子电荷分布的宽度可以从实验上通过时域太赫兹光谱技术测量的远红外吸收耦合系数的频率依赖性中提取。对于 As2S3 玻璃,该值为 0.12 (e)。基于密度泛函理论的紧束缚分子动力学模型对 As2S3 玻璃的定性结果支持了这一发现。
