无序材料中太赫兹吸收的普适特征

摘要
利用解析理论、实验太赫兹时域光谱数据和数值证据，我们证明了无序材料中远红外光子与原子振动之间吸收耦合系数的频率依赖性具有普适函数形式，C(omega) = A + B*omega^2，其中材料特定常数A和B分别与服从全局和局部电荷中性的涨落电荷分布有关。
