摘要
纳米尺度台阶结构因其在基础与应用研究(如吸附、催化及引导纳米线生长)中的重要性而近来受到关注。此处,我们采用模板剥离法在多晶金颗粒上获得邻位状表面结构,并研究退火温度对这些表面形成的影响。
