评估两个不重叠子组中剂量反应与目标剂量的相似性

摘要
我们考虑在临床剂量寻找研究中日益受到关注的两个问题。首先，我们评估在受限协变量空间上，针对两组不重叠患者子群体的两个非线性回归模型的相似性。为此，我们推导了给定两个模型间最大差异的置信区间。若该置信区间排除等效边际，则可声称剂量反应相似。其次，我们处理证明两组不重叠子群体中两个目标剂量相似性的问题，同样使用基于置信区间的方法。我们通过真实案例研究阐释所提方法，并通过模拟考察其运行特性（覆盖概率、第一类错误率、功效）。
