本文展示了如何通过近似罗卡菲亚人来提高在分布变化下的随机规划稳定性。与专注于特殊分布和连续被积函数的先前工作不同，我们的结果适用于一般概率分布和非连续被积函数。因此，我们的结果适用于几率约束程序，获得了在较弱假设下（关于度量子正则性和上外莫伊斯基内容）的改进定性和定量稳定性结果。
