摘要
研究了 p 型应变量子阱中的低场磁阻。结果表明,Rashba 机制导致空穴能谱中准动量的三阶自旋轨道劈裂,且低场磁阻的反局域化行为可由 Hikami-Larkin-Nagaoka 表达式很好地描述。
