随机前沿分析中含截断正态与指数无效率项的合成误差项累积分布函数的解析表达式

摘要
在随机前沿模型中，合成误差项由测量误差与无效率项组成。一个普遍假设是无效率项服从截断正态或指数分布。在评估合成误差项累积分布函数的多种模型中都需要该分布函数。本文引入并证明了针对这些分布的四表示定理——每种分布假设各两个。这些表示可用于快速而精确的求值。
