一种用于重叠宫颈细胞细胞质分割的无监督方法

摘要
对比度差和宫颈细胞细胞质的重叠是准确分割宫颈细胞细胞质的主要问题。本文提出一种自动无监督细胞质分割方法，能有效找到重叠细胞中的细胞质边界。该方法首先从宫颈涂片图像中分割出细胞团，并检测每个细胞团中的细胞核。提出一种具有先验类概率的改进Otsu方法，用于从细胞团中准确分割细胞核。利用距离正则化水平集演化，围绕每个细胞核的轮廓被演化直至到达细胞质边界。在ISBI 2015挑战数据集上实验获得了有前景的结果。
