摘要

在磁掺杂的(Cd,Mn)Te 2D 量子阱中进行的磁传输研究揭示了一个显现的金属-绝缘体相变以及其金属侧的异常中间相。该相以巨型磁阻类现象为特征，这些现象被归因于电子流体的相分离以及相关的铁磁气泡的出现。
