摘要
MA 图用于分析两种不同生物学条件下基因表达的基因组范围差异。MA 图通常呈现为静态散点图。我们对 3 位基因组学专家的访谈表明，可通过增加交互式分析功能来提升该图的可用性。本工作中我们展示了增强型 MA 图的设计研究。
